Role Systems Engineer / Trainee Engineer
Location Delhi
Qualification Profile BE / MCA / Other graduates will also be considered provided good academic records and working history.
Preferred Certifications MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, ITIL, ISO Standards etc.
Work Experience Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in IT industry / IT enabled services / Banking / Financial / Stock or Commodity Exchange / Broking Firms etc.
Job Responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of Exchange related applications (Stock/Commodity/CTCL (ODIN)) & Financial/Banking related applications.
  • Must have hands on system admin experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 servers. Good knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008 Servers.
  • Working knowledge of Backup Solutions (NT BACKUP and VERITAS BACKUP EXEC), LTO Tape Drives, Tape Libraries, Storage Solutions and remote connectivity exposure. Database Backup from SQL Enterprise Manager, Compressed Backup etc.
  • Fair knowledge on Networking, Networking Monitoring Tools, System Event logs, SQL server related event logs etc. Knowledge of Web Servers (IIS 5.0/6.0), FTP servers, Antivirus etc.
  • Good understanding of new technology, Hardware’s (IBM/HP/DELL), Driver/Firmware/BIOS Updates from Websites.
  • Basic undersyanding of Storage,SAN,RAID (0,1,5,10) Technology,RAID creation/Maintance/Hot Spare,Fibre Channel etc.
  • Show ownership and commitment on the tasks taken up to understand the requirement and deliver in time with internal customers. Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to Communicate /interact clearly with internal customers is a must.

  • To be able to perform in 24 x 6 Environment in shift roaster including night shifts. Should be willing to work independently, passion to meet aggressive timelines in a large production environment.
Role Sr. Manager/Assistant Vice President – Risk Management
Location Mumbai
Qualification Profile MBA – Finance/CA preferably with GARP
Work Experience Minimum 8/10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the area of risk management with a bank/insurance company/stock or commodity exchange, etc. The candidate should also have thorough knowledge of general techniques and tools of risk management
Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluating effectiveness of the existing internal control mechanisms by analysing reports, information, transaction details, and assessing the potential risks and frauds
  • Identifying, analysing, designing and documenting the risks associated with business operations, compliances, financial transactions, technology and assets, and implementing the overall risk management policies, procedures, and establishing control mechanisms to mitigate the identified risks
  • To monitor the effectiveness of the risk management processes and implement the required changes therein to mitigate the risks
