Job Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly MIS & Quarterly financial statements
  • Preparation and handle entire accounting of subsidiary entities
  • Verification of payment vouchers,
  • FDR booking & renewal, calculation of FDR interest Accrued working
  • Monitoring the payin-payout position and mobilised the funds.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of IND-AS would be an added advantage
Role Protocol & Liaison In-charge
Location Mumbai
Qualification Profile
  • Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Ex Servicemen will be preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in handling the aforesaid responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Liaison with departments of police, EOW etc, in relation with Civil and criminal matters relating to exchange operations, and matter relating to cybercrimes / illegal trading practices.
  • Handling administrative matters & provide assistance to legal department in lodging FIR, police complaints, follow-ups, meetings etc.
  • Liaison with municipal corporation, MMRDA, MSRTC, FRRO, IAAI, RTO etc for permissions / approvals.
  • Handling protocol requirements of the Exchange while dealing with Regulatory / Govt. bodies.
  • Ensuring facilitation of VIP / Foreign delegations & dignitaries visiting Exchange or attending events planned by Exchange including escorting, transport arrangements where necessary.
  • Close coordination with Sr. management team of Exchange to understand various issues requiring disciplinary action.
