Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor quality systems and procedures, Exchange circulars and other statutory compliances by the warehouse (s) / Assayer (s).
  • Coordinate with the WSP/ warehouse and assayers for timely execution of quality sampling, testing and certification related activities in the designated warehouses.
  • Plan and undertake quality audit and inspection as and when required and submit audit report.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate receipt / delivery of consignments and related documents as per defined TAT's.
  • Coordinate with the WSP for proper accounting of stocks and accurate maintenance of records & registers and tally physical stocks on daily basis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the supervision/ oversight of warehouse/s operations, in line with the organisation policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate the receipt and delivery of all receipts and despatch of consignments at the delivery centres
  • Continuously monitor, review and implement processes at warehouse level.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity (ies) received and stored in the warehouses.
