Location Mumbai
Qualification Profile MBA / CA / CS / CFA or CA inter / CS inter with relevant experience.

  • Processing new membership application requests.
  • Processing Transfer of Membership applications.
  • Processing Surrender of Membership applications.
  • Processing Conversion of membership applications.

  • Processing of request for Up-gradation of membership.

  • Processing of connectivity requests.

Role Senior Executive – Member’s Compliance
Location Mumbai
Qualification Profile CA / CS / CFA /ICWA. MS office skills required specifically strong Excel skills.
Work Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure members’ compliance with the FMC guidelines, Exchange Rules, Bye-Laws, Business Rules and circulars.
  • Check / Verify requests / Check-lists put up by junior members of the team w.r.t. issuance of status reports to members / FMC
  • Check / Verify requests / Check-lists put up by junior members of the team w.r.t. publishing advertisement by members for business purpose
  • Check / Verify the post inspection action proposals put up by junior members of the team w.r.t. the inspections ordered by FMC / the Exchange
  • Processing ACRs, sending observations, levying non-submission / delay submission charges
  • Regular follow-up with CA. firms for status of inspections & consequent submission of reports
  • Processing the professional fee bills submitted by C.A. firms
  • Analysis of Inspection Report
  • Processing of Appeals received from Members
  • Attending & resolving member query with respect to various compliance issues
  • Addressing of various queries/data/enquiry by the Forward Markets Commission
  • MIS preparation which is send to FMC on regular intervals
  • Addressing the non-cooperation of members for FMC/Exchange inspections.
  • Drafting of Circulars related to Compliance issues.
Role Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts
Location Mumbai
Qualification Profile Bachelors of Commerce.
Worked in ERP environment necessary (SAP preferred)
Work Experience Minimum 4 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
  • Expenses booking of Branches / Group Companies / Employees / Guest House etc.
  • Assisting in preparing information on tax related matter (ie Service Tax, Sales Tax, Income tax Etc.)
  • Expenses booking of Vendors etc.
  • Check proper documentation and Clearing Advance while booking entries
  • Solving queries relating to journal vouchers & payment vouchers
  • Bank reconciliation

Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting Chief Compliance Officer in Compliance.
  • Assisting in Interpretation matter, Research, Preparation of Report etc.
  • Functional knowledge of workings of ROC, CLB, Courts, Official Liquidator, RBI, Stock Exchanges, Govt. Offices, FIs, Banks, FMC.
  • Assisting in Due Diligence.
  • Drafting letters, replies etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with statutes and making of quarterly compliance reports to be placed before Board.
  • Approval of forms/Returns before filing with ROC, Stock Exchanges, RBI.

Qualification Profile MBA – Finance/CA preferably with GARP
Work Experience Minimum 8/10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the area of risk management with a bank/insurance company/stock or commodity exchange, etc. The candidate should also have thorough knowledge of general techniques and tools of risk management
Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluating effectiveness of the existing internal control mechanisms by analysing reports, information, transaction details, and assessing the potential risks and frauds
  • Identifying, analysing, designing and documenting the risks associated with business operations, compliances, financial transactions, technology and assets, and implementing the overall risk management policies, procedures, and establishing control mechanisms to mitigate the identified risks
  • To monitor the effectiveness of the risk management processes and implement the required changes therein to mitigate the risks
  • Reporting to the top management about internal as well as external risks
  • Providing training and technical support to the management team regarding overall risk management framework
  • Building a risk caution culture by ensuring firm adherence with statutory and regulatory requirements such as PML Act
