Mediclaim |

The
Mediclaim policy provides
the reimbursement
of hospitalization
or domiciliary hospitalization
expenses for diseases,
illness, or accidental
injuries during the
policy period. The
Mediclaim protection
is available for illness
contracted anywhere
in the world provided
that the treatment
is availed of in India.
The policy is issued
on family floater
basis (wherein family
comprises of employee,
his/her spouse, two
children and parents).
The maximum amount
recoverable during
the policy period
is as per sum insured,
i.e. the total sum
insured can be floated
for the insured employee
and his /her family
members. We have instituted
this floater policy
as we would like our
employee and his/her
family to be financially
secure from the threat
of all unwarranted
medical expenses. |

Accident
Insurance |

| The
word “accident”
means an unforeseen
or unexpected event.
This policy provides
compensation to any
individual of the
insured group in the
event of the insured
sustaining injuries
(solely and directly
from an accident caused
by a third party)
that results in death
or disablement, be
it temporary or permanent,
to the extent of sum
insured or as per
the policy taken.
This insurance policy
provides compensation
to any individual
of the insured group
in event of any death
or injury during the
policy period. |

Life Insurance |

Health Check-up |
|

| Health
is wealth is an old
adage. Considering
the importance of
looking after the
well being of key
officials, HR has
entered into a formal
arrangement with P.D.
Hinduja National Hospital
and Medical Research
Centre, Mumbai for
executive health checkup
of the senior officials
of the company. The
expenditure on account
of the specified checkups
for all the entitled
personnel is borne
by the company. Under
a special arrangement
with the Hospital,
the facility for availing
the services at subsidized
rates for family members
has also been made
with the Hospital. |

Emergency
Medical Assistance |
|
|
| Emergency
medical assistance
facility is provided
to those employees
who have recently
relocated to Mumbai
to join us and have
no relatives locally
and have insufficient
knowledge about local
hospitals. These employees
can avoid from running
from pillar to post
for money for an immediate
medical attention.
The HR has entered
an agreement with
Holy Spirit Hospital,
Mahakali Road, Andheri
(East), Mumbai to
provide medical assistance
to these employees
in case of any medical
emergency while at
work or afterwards.
The company has also
made the necessary
security deposits
with the Hospital
and has entered an
agreement with the
Hospital for a cashless
medical aid, including
hospitalization, to
all the employees
of the Group. |
